Every order is dispatched the next working day after it's placed. Royal Mail then takes 2 to 3 business days to deliver from the moment it's posted. Shipping is completely free.

Between 10 and 20 days, depending on the conditions in your space. Warmer rooms and higher humidity cause the reeds to absorb the oil faster, giving a stronger scent but a shorter lifespan. Cooler, drier spaces will last longer. Flipping the reeds once a week refreshes the throw.

Each diffuser comes with 4 rattan reeds. You can use all 4 for a stronger scent, or fewer for something more subtle. Flip them once a week to keep the fragrance fresh.

Literally anywhere. Bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, living rooms, home offices, kitchens — even your car or a business. The only things to avoid are direct sunlight, open flames, and polished or plastic surfaces where spillage could cause damage.

My name is Talha. At 20, I visited my uncle, who has spent years supplying fragrance to over 70 countries worldwide, and came home with something I couldn't stop thinking about.

I told my dad. He felt it too. So Jasmine London was born, a father and son project, brought to the UK for the first time.
