When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email — not when you complete checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability), in which case you will receive a full refund.
All products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed; the price you pay is the price shown at the point your order is confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout system. We accept debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods as displayed at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details at any point — all payment data is handled directly by Shopify and its payment processors.
Every order is dispatched the next working day after it is placed. Royal Mail then typically takes a further 2–3 business days to deliver from the moment your order is posted. Shipping is free on every order. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched. As a UK consumer buying at a distance, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. We make every effort to display product colours, scents, and descriptions accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and scent descriptions are inherently subjective. Our products are intended for home fragrance use only, as directed on the packaging. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Reed diffusers contain flammable liquid — keep away from open flames, heat sources, and direct sunlight.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, mandatory local consumer protections in your jurisdiction may also apply.
